Accessibility
Our commitment
ADEQ Media wants this website to be usable by everyone, whatever their device, connection or abilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our reference.
What we have done
- Semantic structure, with ordered headings and a skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
- The language declared on every page, in the site's four languages, so that screen readers pronounce it correctly.
- Images with alternative text and declared dimensions, so the page does not jump while loading.
- Form fields with their labels, and colours with enough contrast for reading.
- Respect for the system's “reduced motion” preference: if you have it enabled, there are no animations or transitions.
- The carousel on the home page stops when you hover over it or when it receives keyboard focus.
How we check it
The latest evaluation was carried out on 18 September 2026 with Lighthouse, Google's auditing tool, on the home page, the FAQ and the blog. The result was 100 out of 100 for accessibility, with no failed accessibility audits.
An automated tool does not detect every barrier: it is no substitute for a manual review with screen readers or for testing with users. That is why we do not claim full conformance, and why it matters to us that you tell us if something fails.
If you find a barrier
Write to equipotecnico@adeqmedia.com telling us which page you were on and what stopped you from using it. We will reply and fix it as soon as possible.
